Abstract
These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995. They specify what needs to be included in applications for outline planning permission in relation to “reserved matters” (as redefined by these Regulations and including landscaping and access).
The Regulations also amend the Order in consequence of provisions in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and so as to provide anew for the preparation and revocation of local development orders by local planning authorities. These Regulations also provide for registers of local development orders.
