Abstract
These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 so that persons prescribed under section 33A(9) Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 include each local nature partnership. Section 33A concerns cooperation between prescribed persons and having regard to activities of prescribed persons within the local development planning system as established by the Act.
