Abstract
These Regulations amend the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (Wales) Regulations 2006 by inserting a revised Schedule 6. Schedule 6 is replaced as a consequence of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 357/2008 which designates designating vertebral column of bovine animals aged over 30 months at slaughter as specified risk material instead of vertebral column of bovine animals aged over 24 months at slaughter.
