Tuberculosis (England) (Amendment) Order 2012 (S.I. No. 1391 of 2012).

This Order amends the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2007 so as to: remove the pre-movement test exemption in article 9(2)(c); replace the reference to the Veterinary Laboratories Agency in article 20(1); reduce the extent of permitted movements of bovine animals without requiring a pre-movement test in paragraph 3 (movement within a sole occupancy group) and paragraph 5 (movement to agricultural shows)(in Schedule 1). It also inserts a review provision.
