Abstract
This Order, made under the Animal Health Act 1981, confers powers on the Scottish Ministers in relation to tuberculosis in Scotland. It, among other things, makes provision for precautions against spread of infection of bovine animals. It also makes provision with respect to the notification of disease, slaughter of bovine animals and compensation.

Made under the Animal Health Act 1981.This Order revokes and re-enacts the Tuberculosis (Scotland) Order 2005 and the Brucellosis and Tuberculosis Compensation (Scotland) Order 1978 insofar as it relates to bovine tuberculosis.
