Abstract
These Regulations amend Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Waste and Emissions Trading Act 2003 in provisions concerning obligations for waste disposal authorities in England to keep records and make returns to the Environment Agency in respect of local authority collected municipal waste for the purpose of implementing Article 11(2) of Council Directive 2008/98/EC on waste and duties concerning monitoring of the Environment Agency.
