Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 595 of 2003).

These Regulations make provision for the qualifications to be required of a person to manage activities authorized by a waste management license if the holder of the license is to be considered a fit and proper person pursuant to section 74 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43).
