Abstract
These Regulations amend the Water Environment (Floods Directive) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 so as to make the Department for Infrastructure the competent authority for the purposes of the implementation of the Floods Directive. They also amend the list of consultees for flood risk management plans.
