Water Framework Directive (Priority Substances and Classification) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 (S.R. No. 442 of 2012).

These Regulations amend Water Framework Directive (Priority Substances and Classification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 in regulation 8 in the date, by which the Department of the Environment has to establish an inventory of emissions, discharges and losses of all substances listed in Table 38 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Water Framework (Priority Substances and Classification) Regulations.
