Abstract
These Regulations amend the Water Industry (Specified Infrastructure Projects) (English Undertakers) Regulations 2013 in Schedule 1: by giving the Water Services Regulation Authority the power to impose conditions in a project licence which provide for certain questions or other matters to be referred to, and determined by, the Competition and Markets Authority; in respect of some other matters relating to regulatory reform.
