Abstract
These Regulations amend the Water Industry (Specified Infrastructure Projects) (English Undertakers) Regulations 2013 to omit the sunsetting provision at regulation 1(2) to (4) of the 2013 Regulations, which means that the 2013 Regulations will continue in force.
