These Regulations amend the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 in provisions concerning information that must be registered by the Agency in the Register of abstraction and impounding licences. The principal Regulations are also amended in provisions regarding advertisement of an application and the bringing of an appeal so as to correct cross-references to provisions of the same Regulations.
