Water Supply (Water Quality) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 14 (W.7) 2011).

These Regulations amend the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2010 in regulation 2 by: modifying the references to the sampling requirements where the distribution of water in any part of a water supply zone is by tanker and is or is likely to be an intermittent short-term supply; modifying the references to the chemical parameters that need to be sampled in relation to groundwater and surface water. They also revoke 20 and amend regulation 33 in relation with offences.
