Whitsand and Looe Bay Marine Conservation Zone Designation Order 2013 (S.I. No. 27 of 2013).

This Order makes provision for the establishment of the Eastern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation District and the Eastern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority. Section 150(1) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 provides that there is to be an inshore fisheries and conservation authority for every inshore fisheries and conservation district established under section 149 of that Act. The Authority may delegate its functions.
