Yorkshire Water and York Waterworks (Amendment of Local Enactments Etc.) Order 2000 (S.I. No. 1031 of 2000).

Any reference to York, or to the undertaking of York, in any local statutory provision and in any charges scheme made by York under section 76 of the Water Act 1989 or section 143 of the Water Industry Act 1991 shall have effect, subject to paragraph (2), as a reference to Yorkshire or, as the case may be, to the undertaking of Yorkshire. This only applies to any local statutory provision or charges scheme in relation to the area, things or persons in relation to which or whom that provision or scheme has effect before 1st April 2000.
