Zoonotic Disease Eradication and Control (Amendment) (England) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (S.I. No. 1110 of 2018).

These Regulations make amendments to the Zoonoses (Monitoring) (England) Regulations 2007 and the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2014 in relation to the monitoring and control of zoonotic disease generally, and in relation to tuberculosis specifically. They address failures of domestic legislation to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under paragraphs (a), (d) and (g) of section 8(2)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union within the framework set out in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16).
