Abstract
These Regulations make amendments to the Zoonoses (Monitoring) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008. They address failures of domestic legislation to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union within the framework set out in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16).
