Abstract
This Act vests all public lands and the public use of specified land in the Governor-General and denominates all such lands "Crown lands". The Governor-General also may make rules for the management of the Crown Lands, for the sale or letting thereof, for the prevention of squatting and encroachment thereon and of spoil and injury to the woods thereon.
