Abstract
This Act amends section 47 of principal Act regarding the power of the Comptroller to file a Suspicious Activity Report; section 94 of principal Act regarding the obligation of the Comptroller to retain the record obtained or created as a result of each transaction made pursuant to this Act for a minimum period of five years; and section 176 of principal Act regarding the duty of the Comptroller to notify the Comptroller of Customs in the country of importation about false declarations in respect of exported goods.
