Abstract
These Regulations set out procedures and principles of appeal by any person who wishes to appeal a decision of the Comptroller. These Regulations lay down rules on varying, withdrawing and dismissing an appeal, hearing of appeal, and the decisions of the Customs Appeal Commission.
