Abstract
This Order sets out duties exemptions for all priority sectors, including agriculture, agribusiness, and agricultural research, to attract investors with a qualifying investment in a priority sector. To this end, this Order grants 100% waiver on customs duties on the items listed in this Regulation for the purposes of the business activity in priority sectors as listed in the Investment (Priority Sectors) Regulations (SRO. No. 32 of 2016).
