Abstract
This Act amends the Environmental Protection Levy Act in section 3 (imposition and collection of levy), section 5 (payment of proceeds of the levy collected to the Authority), section 8 (power of the Minister to amend the Schedules) and section 11A (power of the Minister to make Regulations).
