Fisheries Loans Regulations (Cap. 109).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Fisheries Loans Act by: prescribing the form of an application for loans and certificate of registration; stipulating that particulars to be recorded in the register of fishing boats shall be those set forth in the certificate of registration; providing for the repayment of loans; prescribing requirements for the construction or maintenance of fishing boats that are object of a loan.
