Abstract
An Act to make provision with respect to the territorial sea of Grenada and other maritime areas and to make provisions for the passage of foreign vessels.
The 38 sections of this Act are divided into 6 Parts: Preliminary (I); territorial sea, Internal waters, Archipelagic Waters and Contiguous Zone (II); Continental Shelf and Exclusive Economic Zone (III); Rights of Passage (IV); Arrest, Jurisdiction and Offences (V); General (VI).
Regulation making and other powers of the Minister are specified in sections 31 to 34.
