Abstract
This Act amends the Ombudsman Act 2007, by repealing section 5 and substituting a new section therefor. Section 5 concerns the tenure of office of the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman shall hold tenure for a period not exceeding five years but can be eligible for reappointment.
