Abstract
New definitions for "agriculture" and "extermination" are given: "agriculture" means the production and storage of any produce and includes grazing, forestry and woodland, fish culture, bee culture, market gardening, horticulture and nurseries or animal husbandry. In the definition of "extermination" the words "on any land" are inserted immediately after the word "pests". In the definition of "pest" a correction is made and the words "or ectoparasites" deleted and substituted "and endo parasites". Section 4A provides for the appointment of a Secretary and officers and servants by the Pesticides Control Board. The word "reply" in subsection (6) of section 8 is deleted and substituted the word "rely". (4 sections)
