Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the application for declaration of possessory title; duty of Registrar in respect of proceedings; proceedings by Court; and the Register of possessory titles in which shall be entered particulars of all deeds registered as a result of proceedings under this Act, or an order of Court, containing a declaration of possessory title.
