Public Health (COVID-19) Regulations (SRO. 3 of 2022).

These Regulations lay down rules on requirements and restrictions, and the powers of the public health officers and environmental health officers, for the purposes of fighting coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Regulation 14(1) set out penalties for the breach of these Regulations or any direction for the purposes of these Regulations. Schedule of these Regulations list fixed penalties for the offences according to Regulation 14(2).
