Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property (Disposal Committee) Regulations (SRO No. 30 of 2015).

These Regulations lay down rules on the establishment of a disposal committee by every procuring entity and the recommendations of the disposal committee. These Regulations set out terms and conditions of the disposal of unserviceable, obsolete or surplus stores and equipment of the procuring entity to an employee of the public entity or a member of a board or committee of the public entity.
