Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Regulations (SRO No. 32 of 2015).

Subject to section 4 (1) of the Act and the exemptions set out in regulation 4, these Regulations govern public sector procurement and disposal of public property in Grenada and apply to all procurement of goods, works, services and other activities carried out by the Government. These Regulations lay down rules on: (I) the establishment of the Procurement Unit, Tender committee, Evaluation committees, and their functions; (II) procurement preparation and planning; (III) tender processes; and (IV) procurement methods.
