Abstract
This Act lays down rules regarding the establishment, composition, incorporation, duties, powers and functions of Grenada Board of Tourism, vesting of Government property in the Board, and the funds and resources of the Board. The Grenada Board of Tourism shall support the development of tourism industry, with the emphasis on conservation of local flora and fauna and deep sea fishing.
