Abstract
These Regulations make amendments in regulations 3 and 6 of the principal Regulations regarding the calculation of the rates, charges and fees for domestic and non-domestic consumers and ships for the supply of water by the Authority. The First and Second Schedules of the principal Regulations is also amended as set out in these Regulations.

Entry into force notes
Subject to subregulation (2), these Regulations shall come into force on 1 February 2020. With respect to cruise ships, these Regulations shall come into force on 1 October 2020.
