Abstract
These Regulations are concerning the rates and charges that customers have to pay for the use of water and sewerage. Schedule I, II, and III attached to these Regulations, have described the charges and fees for each service. The Regulations also discipline the action that the Authority will take in case the bills for the services provided by the Authority for water and sewerage are not paid. When an owner is in arrears with the payment of any water or sewerage rates, charges, or fees, or neglects or fails to make payments within thirty days after the due date the Authority may, without notice, discontinue the water supply services to that owner and the supply may not be resumed to the owner until such arrears, and any further charges or fees that might adequately have accrued or have become payable, have been paid.
