Abstract
The Principal Act is amended insofar that: (a) instead of the Medical Officer of Health now a senior officer of the Ministry of Health shall be a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Central Water Commission; (b) the word "Governor" wherever it occurs in the Act is replaced by the word "Minister". (3 sections)
