The Action Plan 2018-2020 of Small and Mid-sized Entrepreneurship Development Strategy of Georgia 2016-2020 is a national cross-sectoral strategy and action plan. Its main objectives are to improve insolvency procedures; to expand business statistics; to strengthen the institutions supporting small and medium-sized businesses; strengthening the dialogue between the public and private sectors; introducing regulatory impact assessment in priority economy areas; attracting venture capital for startups; and supporting innovation and R&D.
