Decree No. 309 of 2002 of Georgian President on State Support Program of Small and Mid-size Enterprises for 2002-2004

This Decree approves the State Support Program of Small and Mid-size Enterprises for 2002-2004. It consists of seven articles: non-bank small loans (1); Guaranty for banks (2); Subsidizing the bank interests (3); Information and consulting services (4); Preparation, re-training, and training of employees (5); Regional development of small and medium-sized enterprises (6); and Inclusion of refugees and internally displaced persons in small and medium-sized entrepreneurship (7).
