Decree No. 313 of 2002 of Georgian President on Measures for Transitioning from Mandatory Certification to Voluntary Certification

This Decree provides for the measures that are required for transitioning from the mandatory certification to voluntary certification of goods and services for the purposes of Georgia joining the World Trade Organization. The Decree adopts the Recommended list of goods that are subject to mandatory certification (Part I); the List of goods whose compliance may be verified by its declaration (Part II); and the Recommended list of services that are subject to mandatory certification (Part III).
