Decree No. 326 of 2001 of Georgian President on Granting Imported Goods Status of Grant and Humanitarian Aid, Accounting and Use Thereof

This Decree regulates the procedure for granting imported goods the status of a grant and/or humanitarian aid, accounting and use thereof. It consists of five articles: Definitions (1); Documents to be furnished for gaining the status of humanitarian aid (2); Donations to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for prevention, mitigating and liquidating results of states of emergency, natural disasters, and technogenic calamities (2(1)); Granting the status of humanitarian aid (3); Monitoring humanitarian aid (4); and Documents to be furnished for gaining the status of a grant (5).
