Decree No. 342 of 2002 of Georgian President on Inventory System of State Forest Fund

This Decree regulates the system of accounting the state forest fund. It consists of 12 articles: Legislative basis (1); Purpose of the Order (2); Scope of regulation (3); Accounting system of the forest fund (4); Monitoring (5); Undertaking monitoring measures (6); Rights and duties during the monitoring process (7); Cadaster of the forest fund (8); Rights and duties when maintaining the cadaster of the forest fund (9); Organization of forestry (10); Rights and duties when organizing forestry (11); and Financing the accounting of the forest fund (12). The purpose of the regulation is to define the main principles for the state forest fund and setting out the competences of state agencies in this area.
