Abstract
The National Security Concept of Georgia is a national sectoral concept. Among others, its main objectives are to improve the investment environment in the agricultural sector and to develop the land market; to create a favorable business environment for the traditional and innovative sectors of the industry; to improve tourism; to decrease the social inequality between the capital city and the regions; to support the export potential of the country; to overcome the poverty and marginalization, to improve the standard of living and to form a strong middle-class; to ensure the energy security; to implement measures against environmental pollution; to ensure food security; to approximate Georgia’s legislation to the EU and UN environmental standards; and to protect the cultural heritage.
