Order No. 02-380 of 2022 of Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia on Selection Criteria of National Reference Laboratories

This Order approves the selection criteria of national reference laboratories. It consists of six articles: Purpose (1); Definitions (2); Terms for conducting and selecting reference tests (3); selection criteria of national reference laboratories (4); Audit of national reference laboratories and cancelling their status (5); and Duties of the Ministry (6). The purpose of this Order is to determine the selection criteria for national reference laboratories and to protect the interests of the participants in the state control measures provided for by the Food Products/Animal Feed Safety, Veterinary and Plant Protection Code of Georgia.
