Order No. 05 of 2016 of Director of Maritime Transport Agency on Rule for Monitoring of Movement of Ships in Territorial Sea and Port Waters of Georgia and Functioning of Information System

This Order approves rules for monitoring of movement of ships in territorial sea and port waters of Georgia and functioning of the information system. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (I); Accounting, communication and monitoring of ships (II); Notifying about hazardous and pollutant materials (HAZMAT) on ships (III); Monitoring of ships posing risk and intervention in a maritime incident (IV). The Order also approves List of Information to be Notified (Annex No. 1); VTS Zone of Application, Separation Schemes for Movement and Anchor Stations (Annex No. 2); VTMISC and VTS Structure and Composition (Annex No. 3); and Accounting, Archiving and Producing VTS operations (Annex No. 4).
