Order No. 06 of 2019 of Director of Maritime Transport Agency on Forms of and Rules for Filling out, Storing, Using and Inventorying Administrative Infraction Ticket issued by Maritime Transport Agency

This Order approves rules for filling out, storing, using and inventorying an administrative infraction ticket issued by the Maritime Transport Agency. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Printing, issuing and storing tickets (2); Filling out and processing of tickets (3); Contents and protective signs of a ticket (4); Log of tickets (5); and Writing off tickets unfit for use (6).
