Order No. 1-1/224 of 2022 of Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia on Procedure of Reporting on National Energy Efficiency Target Indicators for the Secretariat of the Energy Community

This Order approves the procedure of reporting on national energy efficiency target indicators for the secretariat of the Energy Community. The Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia is obligated to present the notification to the secretariat every year by March 1st. The annual report must be prepared in accordance with the Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy efficiency, amending Directives 2009/125/EC and 2010/30/EU and repealing Directives 2004/8/EC and 2006/32/EC and the Law of Georgia on Energy Efficiency, also containing the required information in Article 2 of this Order (2 articles).
