Abstract
This Order approves the capacity auction procedure. It consists of eight articles: Main provisions (1); Purpose (2); Scope of application (3); Procedure of application submission and review (4); Repeat auction of capacity (5); Capacity auction commission (6); Determination (7); and Differences between the auction applications and technical-economic research (8). This procedure complements the other rules related to renewable energy.
