Order No. 1-1/592 of 2011 of Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia on Rules and Terms for Types of Services, Fees, Payment and Refunds of Fees of Maritime Transport Agency of Georgia

The Order regulates services, and associated fees and deadlines of the Maritime Transport Agency of Georgia. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Services, and associated fees and deadlines of the Agency (3); Rules for payment of the fees (4); and Rules for refunding the paid fees (5). The purpose of the Order is to support effective, safe and quality procedures of providing certification and other services by the Maritime Transport Agency of Georgia. Among others, the Order lays down rules for providing various types of services to fishing vessels.
