The Order approves the charter of the general rules for organizing scientific-research and educational events on the territory of state forest fund. It consists of 18 articles: Legislative basis of the charter (1); Purpose of the charter (2); Scope of regulation of the charter (3); Scientific-research and educational event (4); Object and purpose of a scientific-research and educational event (5); Making a request about organizing scientific-research and educational forest use (6); Selecting and designating a territory for organizing a scientific-research and educational event (7); Forest use planning for scientific-research and educational purposes (8); Permit for forest use for organizing a scientific-research and educational event (9); Agreement on scientific-research and educational use of forest (10); Term for scientific-research and educational use of forest (11); General principles for scientific-research and educational use of forest (12); Construction of ancillary buildings for scientific-research and educational use of forest (13); Undertaking state forest fund measures during scientific-research and educational use of forest (14); Use of information for the purposes of scientific-research and educational use of forest (15); Control of scientific-research and educational use of forest (16); Suspending, restricting, revoking and restoring the right of scientific-research and educational use of forest (17); and Dispute resolution in relation to scientific-research and educational use of forest (18).
