Order No. 12858 of 2012 of Internal Revenue Service of Georgia on Procedures for Importing and Exporting Goods to and from Customs Territory of Georgia

This Order provides for the procedures for importing and exporting goods to and from the customs territory of Georgia. It consists of nine chapters: Filing out accounting certificate for goods and transport using ASYCUDA, issuance, removing control, and electronic accounting of data on TIR booklet (I); Filling out and removing from control of application for temporary storage (II); Inspection/taking samples/expert examination (III); Marking of goods, methods of identification (IV); Filling out a customs declaration for goods (V); Assessment of a customs declaration (VI); Simplified customs declaration (VII); Golden list (VIII); and Special provisions (IX).
