Order No 134/N of 2003 of Minister of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia on Sanitary Rules for Enterprise Processing Hazelnuts

The Order provides hygiene rules for enterprises processing hazelnuts. It consists of 10 articles: Scope of application and general provisions (1); Requirements imposed on the territory of an enterprise (2); Requirements imposed on water supply and sewerage (3); Requirements imposed on lighting (4); Requirements imposed on heating and ventilation (5); Requirements imposed on industrial and support warehouses (6); Requirements imposed on household storages (7); Requirements imposed on production of materials and final products (8); Organization of company laboratory (9); and Measures against rodents and insects (10). The rules under the Order apply to enterprises while planning their construction and when undertaking business operations.
