Order No. 140/N of 2010 of Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs on Application Form, Approval of Application Form and Inventorying of Application Form related to Registration in Unified Database of Socially Vulnerable Families, Cancelling Registration in Unified Database of Socially Vulnerable Families and Reassessment of Socio-Economic Conditions

This Order approves the application form, rules for the approval of application form and inventorying of the application form related to registration in the Unified Database of Socially Vulnerable Families of Georgia, cancelling the same registration in the Unified Database of Socially Vulnerable Families and reassessment of socio-economic conditions for the purposes of the Database. The Order consists of two annexes: Annex No. 1 - Approval of Application Form and Inventorying of Application Form related to Registration in Unified Database of Socially Vulnerable Families, Cancelling Registration in Unified Database of Socially Vulnerable Families and Reassessment of Socio-Economic Conditions; and Annex No. 2 – Application Form. The Annex No. 1 consists of 7 articles: General provisions (1); Application (2); Filling out the application (3); Submitting the application (4); Inventorying of the application (5); Accepting and processing the application (6); and Final provisions (7).
